Expert Guest was founded on the belief that a passion for hospitality is what enhances a customer’s experience and makes your business thrive. Expert Guest has over 20 years of experience auditing restaurant, hotel, spa, and retail locations. We bring an exceptional level of enthusiasm, dedication, and nuanced perspective, making us the holistic solution for your customer experience needs.

We specialize in building and deploying programs for mystery shopping, quality assurance, brand compliance, and market research for the hospitality industry worldwide.

Our two founders began their customer experience careers in 2001 on separate coasts. One focused on service and product quality for luxury brands along the east coast while the other specialized in measurement, baseline establishment, and organizational development in California. The two met in early 2016 while consulting for one of the larger customer experience firms in the country. They found their individual specialties complemented the other’s in surprising ways. This made them eager to cultivate their own program, one that would effectively intersect their expertise with their respective interests.
